Memorial
This memorial website was created to celebrate the life and preserve our memories of Timothy Lance Brodie. Please join us in keeping Timothy Lance Brodie's memory alive by sharing your favorite stories, photos and memorable moments from the life of Timothy Lance Brodie. This collaborative memorial of his love and life will be a precious gift to all who knew and loved Timothy Lance Brodie.
Timothy Lance Brodie was born on March 30, 1978 and left us on December 19, 2008 at the age of 30. He was born the son of Sharlene Gaunt and was raised in Everett, Washington before moving to Sacramento, California.
Timothy attended William Daylor High School. It was during High School that he met his soul mate and future wife. He was a proud Father and husband. He was married for six wonderful years and was part of our family for 13 years. He was a wonderful husband, a loving father, a son, an uncle, a brother, and a friend. He leaves behind a wife and 3-year old son. He is also survived by his Mother, his Sister and her Husband, three Nephews, and a Niece. On his Wife's side he is survived by a Father-in-Law, four Brother-in-Law's, two Sister-in-Law's, four Nephews, and once Niece.
He was a loving, giving, generous person, with a witty sense of humor. He would help anyone who needed it and never asked anything in return. He was taken away from us by some evil, malicious individuals who were jealous of the amazing life he had. Our lives will never be the same. We have set up the Timothy Lance Brodie Memorial Fund at Wells Fargo. The account number is 1688952504. You can make a donation at any Wells Fargo. Please help. In Loving Memory of my Brother-In-Law Timothy Lance Brodie: Rest in Peace 3/30/78-12/19/08. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.
THE MAN I KNOW
Your hopes and dreams came to life
Together you purchased a home and made her your wife
You took your time enjoyed your life together
Had a beautiful baby boy to bind you forever
The love so know you could feel it in the air
A loving and protective man who took great care
To love so deeply without it you'd be lost
To protect your family no matter the cost
A husband, a father, a brother
An uncle, a friend, a son to a mother
A generous spirit, a loving soul
A man who only wanted to make a family whole
The one he created he started from scratch
Nothing in this world ever could match
He reached his hopes, he accomplished his dreams
His life continues above the seams
Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep
"Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die."
