I met Sarah on the set of "100 Center Street" when I was working for the production as an associate casting director for background talent. She was one of our go-to stand-ins. She was such a wonderful person and I am very sad to hear of her passing. May she Rest In Peace.

Sending my condolences your way as you and your family try to cope during these hard times. Death is something never easy to deal with. It leaves hearts heavy filled with pain and sadness. But you can get comfort and a hope for the future. By means of God's word the Bible. In it we find his promises that soon he will rid the earth of death and its painful effects forever. Be of good cheer to know that soon your dead loved one will arise again.

I met Sarah while her husband shot our engagement party. She had such an enigmatic smile and spirit about her, always smiling, and genuinely happy for us and our experience although we just had met. Sarah will always remain in my heart and thoughts. It is uncommon to find such a joyous individual.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to all of you in your loss of Sarah. Kelly, this is such a beautiful and moving memorial of your Dear Sister. I did not know Sarah well. The gifts that she has given and shared with you and others speak of a remarkable spirit. Her gifts to you in your Nana's Bible, and the gifts of her wise words, "Family is everything," are very touching. And now Sarah is made whole and with her loved ones who have gone on before, and we will all see each other again one day.

Sarah Beth and I met when we were working as stand-ins on a film called American Loser. I was standing in for the star, and Sarah Beth was standing in for the romantic interest, so we had many long days working together over the course of the shoot. Sarah Beth was a seasoned professional, using her acting experience to be a reliable and efficient member of the crew. Whomever she interacted with, she made them feel comfortable, always easy to talk to, and she was at ease talking to teamsters, movie stars, grips, producers, everyone, always being herself.
One day during the shoot, we were setting up for a scene that had the romantic interest at the microphone on stage, in front of a crowd. As Sarah Beth stood in, and the crew practiced the camera movements with her, some crew guys and I were watching the scene: we all had simultaneously forgotten that she was the stand in, it wasn’t HER scene. With the lights on her, on that stage, she was a star, and she lit up room with that same grounded presence she carried with her everywhere.
I was shocked and saddened by the news. There are people in life that are unforgettable for being kind, decent and special, and Sarah Beth was one of them. Rest in peace.

Fond memories of dancing the night away at Donald and Vernie's wedding anniversary party at the legion in Lancaster MN. Twenty something years ago, but it somehow seems not that long. Us on the horse (Blaze) at the beginning of the video made me smile. Thanks for this Kelly. May all your hearts find peace because I believe Sara Beth's did.

We accidentally connected on (back when that was a thing). I can't remember how it happened but one of us thought we had met the other through mutual friends. Most people wouldn't bother any kind of follow-up in those circumstances but she did and was a total sweetie - we were old fashioned pen pals. Followed her posts ever since (we became facebook pen pals too) and enjoyed seeing her happy and hoping for a baby. So sorry I never got to meet her. Our connection was very tangential but this just shows you can touch strangers! Rest in peace Sarah Beth xx

I knew Sarah indirectly through the eyes of her loving mother. I would like to write something beautiful and healing, but am at a loss for words. Here is my best advice...To Sue, John ,Kelly - Speaking of Sarah keeps her presence with you. Continue to tell her funniest stories, her adventures, and who she was to each other, to us, and to new people you meet. It is the best way I know to keep her love alive in you. Xoxox

There are reports and pictures of 'star shaped' snowflakes that fell all over New York City today. I don't think it was any coincidence that it was Sarah Beth's birthday. She was a bright star and she showed beauty and kindness to all she encountered. It would be just like her to send US a gift, on HER birthday. Happy birthday sweet girl. God bless you.

Sarah showed up at the rooftopof the NY Hudson Hotel, trying to meet a party.
She soon found out she was at the wrong place. I guess I looked
at her for a second too long and she asked me what I am up to this early evening and asked me to join her.
A few minutes later we found the right rooftop and party.
This was in August 2010.

Wojtek, Sarah and me met last in September 2013 and spent a nice evening
ar Bryant Park in NY. We agreed to meet again in 2014, probably for the 1st NY Central Park Horse Show, as my daughter is a Show Jumper and I wanted to show her NY.

I could not get a hold of her since then. After all, we just spend very little time. But I got a friend for life. Time is relative. Next time I am in NY I will
sit down at the rooftop of the NY Hudson Hotel again.
I miss you.

Only worked with Sarah Beth a few times on set but she had a lasting effect, as has been mentioned by so many other friends. Sounds as though she braved her illness like she handled everything else in her life: with love, style and grace. She will be missed.

So happy to reconnect to Sue and John. Sue was my roommate in college, then my bridesmaid. She was able to come to our 50th anniv. Party. Your grandparents taught me to waterski, when we were in college. Only God knows the length of our lives. There is comfort in knowing He alone is in charge and we have accomplished our worldly mission. And now, may you rest in peace with a perfect Heavenly Body. God Bless You. Connie McCarter

A very beautiful tribute. It is funny to see pictures of Sarah so young. I feel like I've known her forever. Sarah had an amazing spirit and she always made me laugh. She was so clever and witty, you couldn't help but love her. I have to say I don't know what I'm feeling right now. Part of me is so mad and angry. Mad that my friend was taken from me so early. Its not fair. The other part of me is grateful that I had 20 years to call Sarah my friend. We had so many fun times, conversations and shared our ups and downs. I can't imagine not talking to her and hearing her laugh and sharing our dreams. My heart goes out to Sue, John, Kelly, Bailey and Brogan who have lost more than I. I feel fortunate that I was able to see Sarah twice this past year. Fortunate that I told her I loved her before she passed. Sarah, you will be missed.

Sara Beth was a great friend that I made in 2001, shortly after I just moved to NYC when we met on a set. I will always remember her vivacious personality and warm heart. We always had a great time and as much as she could talk , she would be there to listen. I am also grateful to her because she introduced me to a dear friend that became my roommate when I moved across the country years ago. She had a way of drawing people in and connecting them. I am sad that we didn't have a chance to reconnect over the past few years but I know she can feel all of this love from friends and family around the world. My deepest condolences.

Wow. What a beautiful tribute! We would often get sent on interviews for the same stand in jobs. It was always fun to sit and chat with a kindred steel magnolia. Going back and forth - "I really need this job, I so don't want this job, I need this one for health insurance, the ads hate me... ". It almost always worked out for both of us :) My thoughts and prayers are with the family. While it may not seem like it - from everything I've seen on this tribute - you were incredibly blessed to have each other. I wish you peace and comfort.

I had worked with Sarah for a few Seasons on The Good Wife and we were paired up on several other movies and tv projects as well. Besides being a pro to work with, Her gentle southern lady like accent covered a wickedly funny lady, that I loved to work with.
Laughter followed where ever she went, I always knew when I would walk into holding, if i saw Sarah there, I would laugh that day several times. She will be greatly missed by all who worked with her and shared the laughter. RIP sweet funny lady!

Although I truly only knew Sarah Beth for a brief moment in time, her impact on my life is eternal. We met on the set of something or other in October of 2001. Quickly, we discovered that we had many friends in common and were even invited to attend the same party later that evening. I was going to bail on the party, but had such a great time with Sarah Beth that day that I decided to attend the party. Here's the magical part - I met my husband that night. We now have two beautiful children and just last week celebrated our 10 year anniversary. Sarah Beth and I reconnected on Facebook but I hadn't really seen her in many, many years. Her death shocked and saddened me and my husband and I cried for her and for her family. Please know, that she is forever in my heart. It is in part because of Sarah Beth that I have my family, my everything. With love, Harley

The first I met Sarah Beth she stood in with me about 10 years ago on SVU, and she was upset. She had had a fight with her boyfriend at the time. As she was telling me about it, it also came up that he had a cat. "A cat? You are dating a guy that has a cat? Think about it Sarah Beth, that's wrong, a guy with a cat. Cats are for ladies to have not guys". I met her a few years after that. She came up to me and said: "you were right, I broke up with that guy. He was a weirdo, which I should have expected from a guy who had a cat!". And we laughed so hard. The news of Sarah Beth's death was so shocking and sad for me and for so many of our mutual friends; I did not realized until she passed how much she was loved. Happy birthday in Heaven, may your light shine forever Sarah Beth!
