We're different, here's why:

• No Ads
• No third-party ads are displayed on the memorials. This is important to us.
• You can make your memorial private
• At any time you can login and make your memorial private. If you set it to private, no one will be able to view the memorial without a password.
• We have a free version anyone can use
• We believe every life should be remembered. This is why we will always have a free option available. For our Plus and Premium plans, we charge a small fee which goes toward paying for site maintenance, server fees and the rest of our overhead costs.

• Customer Service is a Priority
• We already know you are dealing with a lot, and this is why we are dedicated to making the site easy to use. We have worked extremely hard to ensure each memorial site is easy to create and maintain. We can't promise that things will never break, but if for some reason they do, you will be surprised at the great lengths we will go to make things right. You can reach us at support@ilasting.com.
• We're small
• We are a small yet dedicated team in San Francisco who care passionately about our roles as caretakers of these memorials. Many of us have created memorials for our own family on the site.
