- How long will my memorial be online for?
- Your memorial will stay active for as long as iLasting is online. If you'd like us to take the memorial website down at any time for any reason, we can do that too.
- Can I change from the Basic (free) plan to the Plus or Premium plan at any time?
- Yes — and we make it easy. You or anyone can choose to sponsor the account at any time and it will immediately be granted all the features of the new plan.
- What types of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Can I make my memorial Private?
- Yes, at any time you can login and make your memorial private in the account settings section. If you set the memorial to private, no one will be able to view the memorial without a password.
- Why don't you include advertisements on the memorial sites to help offset the maintenance costs?
- We feel very strongly that third-party advertisements have no place being anywhere near our online memorial sites. In our eyes, each memorial is a sacred space and will be treated with the respect and reverence it deserves. We do not display any ads on your memorial websites. This is important to us.
- Why do you charge for this service?
- At iLasting, we believe every life should be remembered. This is why we will always have a free option available. For our Plus and Premium plans, we charge a small fee which goes toward paying for site maintenance, server fees and the rest of our overhead costs.
