In Remembrance of Peter Chai

We would invite you to share your remembrances, stories of Peter and condolences and saddess.

Peter was born on November 8, 1967 in New York. He was a brilliant thinker and mentor to many, a loving father, husband, brother and friend. He leaves behind his wife, Annette, and daughters, Nona and Emma, and sisters, Sungji and Charlene. We will all miss his bright light.

Peter passed away quietly at his home in Japan on June 12th, 2009. I know things just happen in life sometimes and it's so hard to accept that, especially in times like these. Some of you know that I just saw Peter for a few days last week when he came to visit me for my birthday. I have never felt happier for him or prouder of the amazing person that he was and the choices he was making. He left me filled with so much hope for the future. I see this not as an ending of the hope, but a beginning of the sharing of open hearts that Peter brings together.

Thank you for sharing with us in remembering my brother.

10 years. my dear dear friend. raised a glass or three with Will just now and laughed about how you would have viewed the last 10 years. Still feels funny you arent on the end of the phone. Couldn’t get to Hurleys but promise to get there soon.
