Memorial
I would like everyone to know that I made this page to honor the memory and spirit of my dad, Morris Scott, who lived a long and fruitful life but then again left us way too soon. Dad left us on January 7th, 2009 after courageously fighting the many ailments that he was suffering. Though it was extremly hard to lose him we feel relieved that he is in no more pain and he has moved on to reap the rewards he so very much deserves. "Mo", as everyone called him, was the greatest father I could have asked for. I always wanted to copy him and be the type of father and husband that he was but I don't think that I'll be able to do that because of what a special man he was. He would always stop what he was doing, no matter what it was, to help a family member, neighbor, friend or stranger in need. What I'll always remember is that dad got up at the crack of dawn, if not well before, to tend to his farming duties or to go to work at the foundry for 8 long, hard hours. He would work his tail off all day to give his family the best that he could give them and yet always come home with a smile on his face to greet us.
