"Michael,I want you to know how much you're loved by me, your father, and all the rest of our family. Our hearts are forever saddened by losing you. Not a day goes by when we don't think about you. I recall my memories of the first flutter I felt when you started growing inside me and the impatience for you to be born so we coould learn who you were - a boy or a girl. We did not know that you would be born on your Dad's 21st birthday! What a great gift you were! You were always a sweet, funny baby and I never understood why it seemed you did things backwards. Then I learned that you were left-handed - the first person in our family that I know of who was left-handed. We enjoyed watching you grow and how you welcomed your brothers and finally your sister. We were always proud of you, even though you struggled with your demons. I always wished that you would have shared your fears with us so that we could better help you overcome them. "Micheal was my uncle, he was always there for me and still is. I really miss him! He was really amazing he taught me how too do so many things. He always told me how proud he was of me. When he was living somewhere else we wrote each other everyday! I remember we use too sit downstairs in the basement and watch cooking shows like "Good Eats" that was our favorite show! I remember we go take the dogs for a walk at night. Even when it was raining! So many great times we had he brought me to my first Sox game and to my First Monster Truck show! He was always there too cheer me up or too fix my bike, Whenever we would go for a bike ride he would always do wheelies I thought it was the coolest thing! He never showed me how too do them. Whenever he would sleepover I could hear him snoring and I knew I was safe! There are A LOT of things me and him did and I miss him so Much. I really don't have anything left but one letter that he wrote to me when he was living in Aurora, whenever I think about dropping out of school I read the letter and don't think about twice. He told me how important school is that you can't get anywhere in life without it.
I can go all day about my uncle! He made a big impact on my life and I miss him so much! There is not a day I do not think about you. I know you are watching over me and keeping me safe. Thank you! I wish I knew why you left us, but something are not meant to be known. I still can't get over the fact that you are gone! I still have that wooden box you made me for my 10th B-day! I miss you so much! I LOVE YOU!!
