Aunt Marian always had a smile and took such good care of us when we visited in Sparta, WI and California. She welcomed my sister Karen to California many years ago and helped her greatly to transition there...the whole family took her under their wing. Your sense of humor and love of life made us feel so welcome. Now you are with the love of your life! Love, Diane

Hey Kid...miss you a whole bunch. Thanks for all your loving care all thru out our lives. You were always there for me...from piano lessons and the wild driving you did to get to them...to the 1 riding lesson at Miljoy's in Milford for my birthday...to going to work with you at P&G on the bus. I remember them well. You and Don watch over us all...we still need you. Love and Prayers

Dear Aunt Marian,
I remember fondly the trip you made to Cincinnati when I was a kid. When I think of you now, I see you, Uncle Don and my cousins down at our Camp Riverscape on the Little Miami River. I remember the day the lightning struck near the picnic table and we were all so invigorated! We had so much fun down at Camp that summer, that is where I got to know you. After that time, I never forgot your voice and knew who was calling on the phone instantly just by the hello. You are gone too soon and I will miss that you.

Dear Sis,
It seems we never had enough time together. I left home to go away to school when I was thirteen and for the next sixty years we never lived in the same state. Over the years, all your letters and phone calls kept us close. I'll miss those and my too infrequent visits to San Jose and yours' to Cincinnati. You always did things your way and with a flair. You are a Great Lady, a good Wife, a good Mother, and my Friend and Sis. Marsha and I send our love on you journey Home.

Dear David and Lee Ann (and families),
So sorry to hear about your mom's passing. She was a remarkable lady, full of energy and words of wisdom and advice. Your parents were both wonderful people who enriched my life so many years back. I still have little gifts and thoughtful cards that your mom sent me. I wish her love and laughter now that she is reunited with your dad. They will be sorely missed but you will always have their love close to you in your hearts and memories. Love and blessings to both of you and your families. I know that your parents must have been beaming with pride to have such beautiful grandchildren and wonderful children. Best to you always. Sincerely, Terry C.

Aunt Marian -- and Uncle Don -- were 2 fantastic people, who had a zest and joy for life, and a warm, friendly openness to all people. When they came back to Cincinnati for visits --- they were always so loving and supportive. When I opened a Group Home for older adults, they came to help inaugurate our work here in Dayton, Ohio. I / we will miss their smile, and laughter. They are in peace.
Thank you for your solid support and love -- even from afar. Matt Ruttle & Family

You had the fastest feet Aunt Marian. I remember bringing my family to California and you had every day of our vacation planned. It was a miracle we could keep up with you. The day you had to go in to work, I confess we took the family for ice cream. Love you Limburgs

I met Marian & Don when my daughter started seriously dating their son. After a while, Cindy & Dave decided it was time for the parents to meet. The plan was for us to go to the Renaissance Faire together which was being held in Novato,CA that year where I live, so the plan was that we were all to meet at my house. Of course, Marian & Don arrived before Cindy & Dave did, so we introduced ourselves and waited for our children to arrive. That was our first fun day together. After that came an engagement, a wedding and grandchildren. We all became one family. We were all at the hospital when each of Cindy & Dave's 3 daughters were born. Cindy & Dave always included the grandparents in everything, so we all spent a lot of time together sharing grandchildren and holidays. I have many happy and fun memories of these times. Now, sadly, I am the only grandparent left. Marian & Don were taken from us much too soon. I can attest to the fact that they raised wonderful, thoughtful, helpful, caring, loving, supportive, responsible children who are carrying on their parents legacy by being excellent parents and role models for their children.

Mrs. Limburg,
You always had a smile on your face and your wonderful sense of humor and enjoyment of laughter made people feel welcome and comfortable around you. You touched many lives while you were here and now can rejoice to rejoin Mr. Limburg, for you two truly were a couple destined for eternal life.
Love,
Kevin

"Marian was a wonderful friend. We took several trips with her and Don over the years. I worked with her on both community service and political activities. She was bright, enthusiastic and and a hard worker who is greatly missed."
