Giuseppe Torcasio Italian forces an NCO/candidate officer in uniform with the heavy artillery regiment insignia on his peaked visor cap, World War II North Africa.

Giuseppe Torcasio was in the Italian heavy artillery battery with 2x Obice da 149/19 model 37 heavy howitzers. A World War II veteran who saw action in Tobruk and El Alamein North Africa.

Giuseppe Torcasio was born in Lamezia Terme Italy on 21/10/1919 and left us on the 18/10/2012 Melbourne Australia three days short of his 93rd birthday. We will remember him forever.
