Dear Mrs. Pualwan and Family,

I was both surprised and saddened to hear of Dr. Pualwan's passing. He was a wonderful, gentle, kind, and giving individual. He was very much a family member to both Jill and I growing up. He was there for all our stitches, bruises, and so much more from writting letters of recommendation to college to attending our weddings. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Fondly,
Colleen Huban Phelps

My daughter wrote a nice tribute to Dr. Pualwan, who, when Judy was 5, put stitches under her chin 46 years ago. On a recent visit to my daughter this month, for some reason we talked about Dr. Pualwan and she mentioned that she remembers how kind and gentle he was to her and how he asked her if she wanted a lollipop to calm her nerves. I too remember him as a gentle soul during the years I worked at City Hospital in Worcester.
May he rest in peace. My sincere condolences to every memeber of your family, who I am sure must have wonderful memories of this wonderful husband and father.
