Claire G. Fukuko Kitagawa was born in Honolulu at Kapiolani Women & Children's Hospital. Born in the Year of the Dragon.
Claire attends Kahului Baptist Nursery
Claire attends Kahului Elementary School
Visits Yankee Stadium to see her favorite team, the New York Yankees
Claire graduates from Maui High School
Attends Kapiolani Community College and later, UH Manoa.
On a UH exchange program, Claire attends the California State College, Northridge
Plays baseball for the Women's Semi-Professional Baseball League
Graduates from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Elementary Education
Starts a company called Line Drive Productions with Beverly Critcher
Claire moves back to Hawaii to open a facility for youth on the Big Island called Children's Comprehensive Services
Starts working with Care Hawaii (Hilo) where she facilitated social services for the mentally ill and handicapped adults.

Claire is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
Claire passes away suddenly at the Maui Memorial ICU at 8:43 pm
