I Loved watching Mask and Punkass on TapouT - I loved their energy and the way they always had so much fun - even though you knew the 3 of them were actually still working their asses off. "Simply Believe" - I have had a hard life - so I think I am ready to listen to Mask and Simply Believe in something and turn my self around. RIP Mask - I am one of your older true fans (45)

To the family and friends of the man we all called MASK, i am so sorry for your lose. Mask was a man that had a heart of gold. He loved life and made poeple that came in contact with him love life to. Mask is now an angel among us. We will always love and remember Mask. And we will greeve with this lose and we might not understand why this has happened but we can find comfort in the fact that Mask is looking down on us and will now be that angel that is got his loving arms around us with his smile and that laugh that we all loved to her, letting us know that it will be ok. Rest in peace Mask we love you. With all the love Sherry Cripe

Blessed be the man who loved so deeply Blessed be the man who gave so freely Blessed be the man who lived so genuinely Blessed be the man who we called Mask so lovingly Whose heart was never masked Whose life was never masked Whose love was never masked Blessed be the man who wore a painted mask upon on his face But wore no mask upon his heart Blessed be the man who loved as he lived with passion, faith, and hope And Father blessed be those who mourn his loss today and remember his love today, tomorrow, and always................. To the family and Friends of our dear Mask, we send out love and prayers during this tragic time. Both times I met and spent time with you guys with my kids and all the kindness you all have was just untouchable. Mask really made a lasting impression on my son who is in deep greif and we feel with his heart and love he showed to each and everyone he met or passed that he will not ever be forgotten. We will miss you "Mask", god bless you, and thanks for all your smiles and kindenss! As he always said" Just Beleive"!

I've had the opportunity to be one of TapouT's photographers for the past 2 years. All 3 of the partners Mask, PunkAss and Skrape were and are all Great Great guys. In my 18 years as a pro Photographer there is one really memorable time that a client really made me feel Great. That time was about a year ago and TapouT was exhibiting at the clothing convention in Vegas called MAGIC. We were walking through the convention, the film crew was filming and Mask among all the chaos of people wanting autographs came up to me put his hands on my shoulders and told me Kenton, I want you to know you are doing a Great job and I appreciate all your hard work, thank you. I was blown away that among everything that was going on he made it a point to tell me something that really made me understand that he was a caring, considerate and passionate man. He touched people like that daily because he had an outlook on life that was so positive. I will miss his crazy personality and his willingness to welcome strangers as if they were long time friends. Mask, you will never be forgotten. Kenton Pappacostas

Charles "Mask" Lewis was one for the ages. He was someone with vision and passion. He truly loved the sport of MMA and those fighters who were up and coming. Never one to overlook talent he and the Tapout team would seek the brightest and best that could further the sport. The drive to take the clothing from the trunk of his car to the mainstream speaks for its self. In this life many live a long life but never make a mark or impact during that lifetime. Not so with Charles "Mask" Lewis. His life impacted so many, in what many will feel was a short time. This brother's flame blew out, while others burn out. His flame blew out but his fire will burn eternally. RIP dawg!

I watched his show a lot and became a fan of the sport. He was really out there with his outrageous clothes and lifestyle, but you gotta give it up to him, he was an original. He may have his detractors, but I'm sure his fans far outweigh them. Rest in peace MASK!

"Mask was my cousin by blood. He worked so hard to finally make it. We grew up together from the time we were little kids. We hung out until about 10 years before he started TapOut. I miss him greatly. -Clayton"
