Andrew was born in Blue Island, IL. He grew up in Port Huron, MI and Graduated from high school and Beauty school there. We were all devastated by the news of his sudden death. Each of us felt close to Andrew for many different reasons, but all of us came away with the same feelings. He was kind and willing to help when ever needed. He was absolutely funny and uplifting when you were around him. He continued his life in Fresno, CA where he was known by his friends and family for his creative talent and love and compassion for others.
Andrew is survived by his Mother Beverly Otoski, Sisters Gina Verni, Valerie Plaster, and Kim Green and his brother Mario. He is also survived by his other brothers and sisters through his father Jack Chiappelli who preceded him in death.
Linda Robertson, Tina chiappelli, Jack Chiappelli, Thomas Chiappelli, Ann Seelbinder, Joseppe Chiappelli, and Tino Chiappelli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. In addition to these blood relatives are others who also shared in his life. Step Mom Judy Chiappelli and her daughters, Rosetta, Renee and Vicky Brosky, and many more who shared a part of Andrews life. Most of us know that life has never been simple for any of our family, but we are strong and Facebook has allowed us to touch base with each other in a way we had never been able to before. I feel like we had only just begun to pull close and get to know each other as adults. We feel his loss deeply.
I do not want to ignore the rest of our relatives, there are so many hurting, those Cousins, Aunts and Uncles who shared their lives with him and on who’s precious memories of being around him are so strong. We all know without question he is in a better place. Jesus Said “I am the resurrection and the life, whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live.” John 11:25

“There is going to be a resurrection......” (Acts 24:15) The pain, the grief, and the feelings of helplessness can seem unbearable. May Jehovah the God of all comfort comfort the Chiappelli family. You are in my prayers.

Andrew, you hold a special place in my heart which is broken for those left behind but is also overflowing with great joy to know that you are now with the Lord. A place where we all want to be. You were definitely on the road God had planned for you, giving of yourself and not worried about the return. It makes my heart fill with joy for having the blessing of having you in my life for it seems such a short time. They say that some come into your life for a short time and others for a life time. Even though we were miles apart, I know in my heart that had our paths crossed again, it would be like we had never parted. A true Kindred Spirit. My heart and prayers go out to your family and friends, for the loss they feel here on this earth...but the joy unending once you all are reunited again and are singing praised to our Lord and Savior Jesus and our Father God in a land with no more sorrow, no more tears and no more pain.Looking to that day, Andrew when we all again will look upon your heavenly countenance and live together forever in Heaven.

What a lovely poem I found, handwritten, near Andrew's bedside with a special message I think you'd all appreciate. Still searching online for who wrote it. The second part is what Andrew had and I somehow found the first ❤️
"50 year poem"
Do you remember not so long ago When you waited outside a closed door? The Star beckoned to you as it did to the wise men of yore. Fifty years ago you came and heard these lessons a new. Because you are here tonight, we know what they meant to you. And so this tribute we would bring to you, standing before us a loyal member we see a member who is to us "Fairest among thousands, altogether lovely".
You have walked the trail before us leaving footprints to guide our way, and we have followed those footprints with confidence to brighten each day, the footprints you left on the stardust trail were so clear and easy to find for you walked in honor, justice and right and believed in those ties that bind tonight, we are proud to honor you for your service of love for others, and we thank you for leaving footprints to guide your sisters and brothers.
Measure your lifetime in blessings. Not in the years you have known. Count up the number of people you've touched, Add up the love you have shown,
Measure your days in gladness That you and your loved one have shared. Tally the smiles on the faces of friends, Total the times you have cared...Yes measure your lifetime in blessings,
And you'll always remain in your prime.
For youth is a feeling you keep in your heart
Whether seven or seventy-nine.

Andrew! We had such fun times together as teenagers! I remember you living with grama and gramps, and coming to stay with us in the summer at aunt shirleys, you were so much fun to be around we always had a blast with you! You were the life of the party...remember the squirrels getting in your apartment? I miss you so much, and so does aunt shirley...we will see you again one day, dear one, here is a poem from aunt Shirley:"THERE IS A WORLD BEYOND THE WORLD THAT WE'RE ACCUSTOMED TO--A PLACE THAT WEVE BEEN PROMISED WHEN OUR LIFE IS THROUGH. WE CANNOT KNOW JUST WHAT WE'LL FIND, FOR GOD HIMSELF HAS SAID EYES HAVE NOT SEEN THE BEAUTIES AND WONDERS JUST AHEAD...BUT FAITH, THE KIND SMALL CHILDREN HAVE WILL TAKE US BY THE HAND, AND LEAD US TO OUR LIVED ONES IN THAT PERFECT PROMISED LAND." ( I found this in her handwriting somewhere in her stuff) PSA. always Melissa dell/ aunt shirley
